Yes, we accept payments via PayPal and credit card.
When do you send out the products after I made an order?
A.M IDEAS will process all orders within five working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) unless otherwise informed - in the case of custom orders, items not in stock, waiting for production. After the package is sent out we will send you a delivery confirmation email and within the email will include its tracking number.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
How long does a shipment usually take to arrive?
Please refer to the list below to find out how long it may take for you. Days quoted does not include time for customs clearance.

I am buying a gift for a friend, I need to receive the item faster than the days quoted for standard shipping. Can you arrange that?
We do offer Express Mail Service (EMS) at an extra fee. The shipping time for Express is as listed below. The days quoted does not include time for customs clearance.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our products are nicely wrapped and ready to give as presents.
Why did you decide to work with rush grass?
The highly skilled artisan grandmothers produce well made products for the eyes, nose and hands. If you place rush grass under the sun for 15 minutes the scent of the grass reappears. Also, we really enjoy hanging out with the grandmothers. They are really funny!
How can I see the product in person?
We travel to different cities for design fairs and trade shows. To find out if we are going to be in a city near you, please follow our Facebook and Instagram.
Can I return a product?
All sales are final. However, if you have special conditions and wish to return the product(s), please contact A.M IDEAS before returning any items. Our email address is: hello@amideas.com.
